I agree; "Tagging" is still the word choice that is used today to describe setting aside a particular vehicle for employee purchase. I had kind of come to this same conclusion regarding these build sheets except for the earlier comment about seeing so many from the Pontiac plant ("tagged" vehicles would be the exception rather than the rule).
