Need Help -Can you replace the body bushing with out tearing the front end/frame off?

I'm looking to replace the body bushing on a 1979 TA. The car is in great shape - but the bushings are gone. I want to do it as simple as possible with little disassembly of the car. Does anyone has any ideas? Has anyone done this before?
