Default Hot starting problems

Car is 71 bird with 400, once its hot starter barely turns it over. I have replaced both cables (stock autozones), battery (everstart 850cca) new mini-starter, 100 amp alternator & wrapped the headers near the starter, its a little better, but not much. I have electric fans & installed a kill switch to turn them off when I want to start, so I am not pulling current away from the starter. Don't think I should need 2 batteries? Any advice?

-Thanks
