"Panama" By Van Halen
As a runner up from the same album: My son always said the beginning drum solo to "Hot for Teacher" sounds like Dad's car!  "Green onions" By Booke T and the MG's for a classic. The scene at the end of American Graffiti combined with the soundtrack is by far the best "car" scenes ever.
