RAM AIR 3 CAMS

I just recieved an Elgin 909 RA3 duplicate and although the .050"dur. and .271" lift checked out, it didn't have the 30 deg constant dwell over the nose. I ordered up a Melling SPC3 and it had the same deficientcy.Any one out there have a good RA3 cam they can sell me ?
