I broke my A/C diaphragm switch that is on the heater/AC unit on the firewall. This part has to be bolted on from the inside of the box and hooked up to a lever. My question is, what is the easiest way to replace this switch? Do I have to tear down all of the A/C and remove the whole box? I guess this "box" as I call it is really called the evaporator (?).
Any help would be appreciated greatly. Also, just what exactly does this switch do? Thank you so much. 67 GTO Charlie |
