My best daily driver was a 77 Olds Cutlass Supreme Brougham. Drove it for 20 years. Never had the transmission open. Never touched the carburetor. Other than normal maintenance items, the only part on the engine that was replaced was the water pump.
Sold it when I retired, It had 250,000 miles on it. The A/C had never been charged and still worked great |
