Question about 70-72 GTO quarter skins

I need to replace the lower section of my passenger quarter due to pitting and rot.

Since no one sells actual patch panels, I'm looking at buying a skin to cut the repair panel out of.

Can anyone tell me if the skins (not the new full quarter) have the tabs and edges I've circled in this picture?
