Personally I am probably going to have to use Rustoleum whether or not I use the phosphate on my frame and bottom of car since that is affordable for me, .

I'm with you on this. My car already has a recent paint job so I'm just looking for something for the frame and undercarriage. The Rustoleum semi-gloss black looks real good and that Phosphoric Prep and Etch looks like it will serve my purposes.
