If it were me I would run it through the auxillary cooler first then thru the radiator and back to the trans. This way the trans oil gets up to operating temperature sooner and the radiator will keep the trans oil from getting too hot or too cold. It will keep trans oil temperature more constant and will add cooling capacity by using both coolers.
