Default Disk Brake Conversion for 1970 GTO

I've seen several older Threads on this subject of Disk Brake Conversions, but with newer technologies are out there. That being said, I was wondering if anyone could steer me in the right direction!!
I would like to do a disk brake conversion on my 1970 GTO, but need advice on what to buy and what trouble if any on using original parts.
Is there a kit to use GM OEM original equipment. would like to be able to use original 14" wheels so I'm not upgrading and limiting myself to certain wheels.
