I've done it with a 400 in the back of my Jeep GC. It was a tight fit and just squeeked in with the engine hoist. I blocked it after I got it in, and then set the engine on the blocks. Thought I'd ruin the spare tire cover but I didn't. You should have more room than the Jeep does... but be careful all the same. Good luck.
