Picture of supplies and cooking set up for zinc phosphate/parkerizing. 4oz/1gal water, bring to 180/190 degrees. Clean nuts and bolts in blast cabinet, use plyers not fingers to transfer to solution. Cook untill parts stop fizzing submerge in WD-40. I use an electric turkey cooker for bigger parts.
