I thought the problem was with canceling cam not making contact with the plunger in the turn signal switch. It barely makes contact. the problem was with the green wire coming from the horn relay to the semi circle plug under the dash. The terminal was a bit corroded and the connection wasnt that good. I cleaned it up and its working great now. Just a pain to trace it back to this point but feel great now that my entire electrical system is working perfectly after having the whole car apart. No lost grounding issues! they can be a real PITA!
