Thanks Mike, while I was researching this you got your reply in first. But since I went through the trouble I'll add my 2 cents. Box #51 Wheel Trim = Cap, Box #59 Whls = HF (14 X 6), Box 79 Color / W = 67 Castillian Bronze rim color. And since the rims were body color it would had to have come with the standard poverty caps.
