Default I've Finally Had IT...Turbos too Heavy! NEW LightWeight TURBO!

Well, I havent actually started a post but the ball has been rollin slowly the last couple months. Been working with Calvin Hill from Hill Performance on putting together a stout 428ci short block with custom boost Diamond pistons and a few other goodies...

I've been draining Mark from Luhn Performance of more knowledge than i know what to do with...lol Were working on a custom boost related product that more than likley will get produced for the public. !! THANK YOU MARK !! Luhn Performance is the BEST , Mark is a great guy!!

I almost have collected all the things i will need to convert to boost and install the turbo. Fuel sys., Carb., exhaust piping, intercooler + piping, BOV, wastegate, ect.......

I will be doing a front passenger side mounted turbo similar to chris petersens build on PY . I'll be using a Borg Warner S475 , A/A intercooled with a Blow-thru CSU.
I purchased the turbo, flange, some piping and mount NEW but never used from a PZ member who backed out on his build. He was doing a install on a 78 or 79 TA.

So after playing around with the mount i found the turbo will not clear my hood , So im going to customize the existing or fab up a new bracket to tuck the turbo tighter. And i tell you what ..... ITS not the easiest to get that 60lbs turbo rigged up into position to find a better positioning.

So I designed a Lightweight turbo to assit with the mock up ...lol

My 409ss 2.25 just came in .... so once i get this bracket cut i can start in on the Hot side.
