Loved my ol 78 FJ40 Landcruiser (the BEAST we called it). Owned it 15 years and I only used it for hunting. I had the same tires on it for 15 years. I only put 15000 miles on it and never did a thing but change the oil. What a great strong truck. It went places That I still can't believe. I also pulled out a dozen new trucks out of mud, snow and even two trucks sunk in a creek. lol I would get calls at 4 in the morning, Hey Mazz can you bring the Beast out the woods I'm stuck in a ditch. I always keep tow chains and tow straps in it. I miss that truck and so do all my bonehead friends that need to get towed. I sold it because the body was shot but still ran great.
