So you were 135 lbs prior to quitting? Ask your Dr. What your ideal weight, body mass should be for your continued long term health.

Congrats. Having long ago kicked the smoking habit I can share that the craving can/will pop-up when you least expect it. Don't be surprised or let it bother you...nicotine and the additives scientifically designed to keep you hooked are strong and deeply ingrained. I quit cold turkey years ago and now can smell any faint wisp of smoke outside (such as neighbor two doors down) and by now perhaps you have regained your sense of taste and can taste and smell food again. Great enjoyment with dining can be regained.

Suggest you exercise caution using any over the counter or prescribed meds with side effects are listed as ANY Liver problems due to your long term ingesting of massive quantitys of alcohol to limit current potential of liver disease.

Surely at least once or more every week, or day, you may realize how much better you feel and glad you kicked the habits. Keep up the good work.
