Well I didn't know what that switch was for....I thought it had to do with the vacuum operated Tri-Power set up. Our 65 doesn't have it but its a 4spd so that would make sense... We are on our way out of state for Thanksgiving...I will get some when I get back.
The holes in the door jams are from dealer installed Ziebart rust protection. I am not sure if in 64 they left holes like that or put plastic plugs in them...I had a ultra low mile 75 45HO TA that had had it done and it had plastic Ziebart plastic plugs in the holes...I would probably think they didn't have them in 64 but I am not sure.
