Default Seafoam through vacuum line

Hey guys, I have done some seafoam with some of my more troublesome vehicles through the years. All I have done is dump it into the tank, and never put it through a vacuum line, or into the oil (I don't think I will do this one).

Anyway, I am looking into putting it through the vacuum line. I have a 67 400ci, and for those of you that do this/have done this, which line is the best? Any other tricks/hints other than to let it warm up first/rev it to 2k when doing it?
