It would be nice to have a door covered with vinyl as it would eliminate the crumbling
plastic problem, but if that was done the outer edge of the door would have to be trimmed back or it would not fit in the hole in the dash in my opinion. The fit on those glove box doors
is very tight to the opening....no room for a layer of extra vinyl on the edge.
