Default Front Disc D52 fit on rear?

I converted my rear years ago with a disc setup from a 80 or 81 Trans am. My dilemma is i have either had to replace the rear calipers no less than 6 times due to leakage or due to the calipers freezing up and wanting the car to make a right turn when hitting the brakes. The e- brake is a pain to adjust and if not adjusted right, there is no brake pedal. The originals are long gone so no rebuilding there.

Never ever have used the E- brake so no loss if I do not re-install. Ironically the front calipers are over 20 years old and work perfect.

Just wanted to know if the standard D52 front calipers will fit and work on the rear . What about brake lines?

Thanks in advance
