Hell why not.
Kelvin Poe made around 150hp more with his cv-1 engine vs his HP engine. Car picked up .2-.3 and 3mph? Would you be happy with that Bill? Sounds like you find it to be an impressive gain.
Again you brought his car into this discussion not me.
