Aftermarket outer window fuzzies question

The factory outer window fuzzies are clipped and screwed in place. The aftermarket ones I have have clips and no holes for screws. I could drill some, but to get proper location would be tough. I wonder if I use weatherstripping adhesive and just clip them in place? I'm sure many of you have changed these, what did you do?
