I ran my FiTech on a P4B for about a year and a half before changing my top end and going to a torker ii.
It ran fine on the dual plane manifold. There were a few cylinders that had a bit of distribution change over the other cylinders, but nothing that would cause any concern, or register any power loss on the butt dyno. Run what you have, change it only if you notice a problem.
