Our first tires we took to the drag strip where Hoosier NASCAR road course tires. Hoosier makes them with street tread in 15” tires that look pretty good. I seriously doubt any of them are dot approved. I bet they would pass dot with flying colors if Hoosier went after the dot market.

My high speed jaunt was on new tires, we were late for a college entrance exam. Needless to say that was a few year ago. All my cars with old tires all I ask they hold air and make it up and down my county road.
