80K Pontiac engines are a thing and you have to love Pontiacs more than money to do it.

Cost is exactly the same (lots of $$$)! Both heads begin at same point. BES has cnc program for both heads. Both take same time to port/prepare. Only cost difference would be initial bare casting cost and i bet that's probably a wash.
