Default Anyone out there make a R59 battery case or replace internals?

I have a reproduction R59 battery in my 1969 GTO from Antique Auto battery that is going to need a replacement.. This is my second one in 15 years so I did well with them I think regarding the lifespan though the first lasted longer than the second.

Since I have the battery already is there anyone out there that can remove the old internals and install a new battery in the case?

or, does anyone make a R59 case that would hold a new battery? I did the battery topper years ago and don't want another.

I see Antique Auto Battery is under new ownership and the reviews are not good at all and there is a 90 to 120 day lead time for a new one.
