Update: I installed the battery from BatteryCentralMall. It started my stock 67 GTO. Garage temp was 65F. Voltages below measured at battery terminals.

Fully charged open circuit voltage - 12.9V
Courtesy lamp & clock load - 12.3V
Cranking voltage for cold start (min) -8.8V
Initial charging voltage -14.7V

Everything looks good.
