The GM hood lock kit was a Dealer installed option only IIRC. The ones for F body's are pretty rare. I think Craig ( Norwood) made one for his car a while back.
The cable and under dash lever are still found for sale.
A while back I think PY offered a generic kit.
On this car There is a PDL Switch on dash, but looks like some other switch added to its left.
1970 models with the seat back release will typically have 2 door switches on the A pillar pad, which is a " double tall" area only found on a 1970.
