I can apply the rounding easily - it's just an effect in Illustrator. Drawing letters is a little more tedious. The difference in output quality between the '68 water slide decals and the '71 stickers is pretty dramatic. The fonts on the '68 decals are much more crisp and clear.
The good news is this '71 455 decal provides a good base for a bunch of other emissions decals of similar vintage. Here's a test print in the finished size of 2.5" x 6.5". It seems tiny compared to how zoomed in I've been working!
