Are you Exh crossovers intentionally blocked in the heads or at the Intake gasket?
Is your water crossover separated from Manifold? Put a 195 stat in and see what that does for you, it's cheap and takes 25 minutes to swap in. At any rate this is the better type of cooling system to have to deal with! Excuse the double listing in the photo!
