My final assembly is almost complete.
My horn is not working.
I wrung out the wiring and it seems the green wire going back to the steering column has continuity but not completing the circuit.
The plastic turn signal cancelation ring doesnt seem like its making contact with the copper plunger in the turn signal switch

Is something incorrect? should the ring be seated in the column further?

Is there a spring somewhere in your assembly? I also am having a similar problem and trying to figure out what parts are missing. My horn does not work and both turn signals do not shutoff. My 67 GTO came with a standard steering wheel and someone put on a deluxe the horn wires from the spokes are cut off. Also I am wondering if I added the spring to my assembly it would shut off the blinkers.
