Custom oil pan question
I am finally putting my turbo engine together, and it looks like my Langer pan is going to hang too low...What have you guys used with a 7-7 1/4 deep sump that can hold 8+ quarts of oil? I am currently at 11 3/4 crank centerline, so I dont want to raise the engine...If I have to build one, I will, but i'd rather buy something due to time reasons...
A dry sump is looking like my best option, but that is going to change numerous things that have already been sorted out...And will make space become an issue. |
