help before I buy - 64 tri power

I'm wondering if the experts can chime in and get me a stamp of approval or tell me what is wrong with this set up. Seller believes it carbs are original to intake, removed from a 64 gto.

Also curious what a ball park price might be to purchase missing components and perhaps replate them?
