Default question regarding dog dish / poverty hub availability on '69 full size

I'm always interested in showroom stock / factory-correct originality, and have a question regarding hubcaps. Did Catalinas, Executives / Bonnevilles have the option of the finned vents style poverty hubcaps as depicted in the image that I have attached?

For some reason, I was thinking they were, but I am stumped finding a picture with any full sized '69 with these hubs in an online search. I'm guessing that it wouldn't be a tall order even if an uncommon request. I would think Catalina with these would have been more common, but just flummoxed trying to find some proof.

I even looked at the '69 brochure that included hubcap options, and didn't see that style whatsoever. Thanks in advance.
