The poverty cap was the base wheel cover on a Catalina. Most Executives received the standard Deluxe wheel covers instead of an upgraded cover. Not sure of which upgraded wheel cover was std on a '69 Bonneville. Do know a wire wheel cover was optional, as I've owned several of them.

My Dad special ordered new a 6 pass Exec Safari wgn, midnight green w/limelight green top, luggage rack, 428 YH engine, pwr disc, AC, HDC, Cruise, 15x6 RallyII wheels. believe he ordered it with the trailer pkg. Pulled the family travel trailer with it up til '74. Over the last 40 plus years of boneyarding, swappers, have only ran across a few other '69 Exec wagons & all had 400-2bbls.
