That does bite.
I am truly surprised, as I once worked on a product that was sold through Amazon. They kicked us out because the return rates were too high for them. We honored our warranty. They didn't want us to hurt them in any way. They won't eat too many $500 Comp returns! Sounds like a shaky business agreement for sure. Maybe something changed and you got caught in a transition black hole storm? |
