I agree it's irrational and could feel deceptive.
Just curious if Comp admitted to selling DIRECTLY through Amazon? Was Amazon the seller or was it a different company? I respect Amazon for refunding. This is one reason I buy from them. They are liberal on returns and it's easy to ship stuff back. Glad it's going to work out and hope you can influence both Amazon and Comp to clarify. I suspect Amazon would NOT sell Comp products if they wouldn't honor their warranty. This is why I wondered if the parts were actually sold by a partner THROUGH Amazon. This would make more sense to me. |
