Trans Noise Tremec vs Muncie

Just had a Tremec TKX 5-speed installed. Love that 5th gear O.D.

Had a Muncie M-20 in it, recent rebuild, and quiet.

Does the Tremec tend to have any noise? Gears cut different than Muncie? Or?
Have a slight noise in driveline, and can't tell if it's trans or possibly the rear?
