Default ID this carb

Bought a 66 Tri power intake and carbs many years ago. Now taking a shot at figuring out exactly what I wound up with. Photos below show the center carb that was on the intake. Only two numbers I can find on it are 7037688 on the bowl and 31892 cast into the bottom of the base plate. I have owned Tri power cars since 1977, so I知 somewhat familiar with the setups, but I知 no expert. Much of this carb looks familiar, but the base plate seems weird. I realize it could be a Frankenstein version somebody cobbled together. Can anybody offer any insight as to what this thing is?
