Default ID this carb 2.0

You guys did such a great job on my first request to ID a carb, I decided to let you show off again.
Pics attached

Only numbers I can find on this one are on the bowl:
7008598 on the bottom of the bowl

C-3 on the throttle arm side of the bowl

Any guesses?
