I parted out a lot of cars in the 1980s to mid-1990s at a time when I had a fair amount of free and cheap storage space. I lost some of the storage space about 12 years ago and downsized in a hurry, scrapping a lot of stuff. I'm getting ready to downsize again, and I'm wondering if there is any demand for the more common stuff beyond the scrap value. Here is a partial list of some of the stuff.
- 4X heads with press-in studs, mostly 455 but some 400 sets - 66 and 7M5 heads - 1970 #15 heads (455 360HP) - 1969 #46 heads (428 360HP) - 6H heads (1976 455) - Point style distributors from run of the mill cars, maybe a few from XH coded GP motors - 3/4 and full windage trays - 1958 - 1962 early forged rods - 1973 - 1978 cast iron Q-jet intakes I suspect that shipping costs on heads makes them pretty much worthless, but I wanted to check before I started hauling stuff off. |
