Yesterday I took 4-4 hr sudafed, 4 - 400 mg guaifenesin, 2 Zyrtec, flushed nose with saline 4 times and still felt bad. The meds barely touch it. This has been my daily ritual for far too long.
I went from having allergies a couple months out of the year to having allergies year round.

Going to an allergy MD next month. I figure it will be my luck that I'm allergic to hops, barley, and yeast. That would suck.

Are you originally from NC? Both my wife/I are transplants and suffer also. BTW...my wife's allergy shots only helped with her cat issues.
