With a 113 lsa and 232 @ .050 it won't make much noise in a 455 when properly installed and tuned.

Once it's installed at a decent ICL and has enough timing in it, then dial in the carb I can almost make the cam undetectable in a 455 when the LSA is spread out that far and has minimal duration. The more compression the better.

I did a 112 LSA roller with 239 @ .050 in a 455 with 10:1 and it idled very tame with only a slight hint of a lope in gear and made 13-14" of vacuum. Worked the power brakes and AC like a stocker.

Many people haven't been happy with the RAIV cams, but they also just toss it in dot to dot and then try to run 10 degrees of idle timing and complain it's too much cam.. Yeah it's going to idle and drive like crud when done like that.
