Pull the long bolt out of the drivers side motor mount. Jack up the engine so it piviots on the pass. side mount. I would also pull the 2 bolts out of the tranny mount so you don't stress it when you jack up the engine.

Jack it up as far as it will go. You should have enough room now to unbolt the header. Take your time. This is a real pain the arse job.
