Skip,

The gap is 1" but your bungs will have to sit on the outside of the manifold making the true distance further. The o-ring size on the pico injector is the most common size. I had the misfortune of buying conventional style injectors only to learn that they were too tall for the Torker intake. The o-ring ends fit perfectly though.

Chopper,

Summit carries both the intakes and injectors. I have always done well with Summit.
