2K is the going rate for one in the condition you described, they go for even more than that sometimes.

If this really is your friend selling it to you he should prove the legitimacy of the 3 carbs to you, non-Tri-Power carbs drop the value quite a bit.

So how can I tell they are legitimate? From previous post I guess the numbers should be cast in and should match between the carbs? What are the numbers supposed to be? I know nothing about tri-power setups and wouldn't know a correct one if I saw it. I do know the center carb on a '66 setup is larger than the outboards but thats about it.
