Did you ever catch up with them at Carlisle? Would like to know if you were able to grille them on their followups to you. I also see on their auction they show the picture of the emblems vertically, not horizotally. Whenever I see ebay sellers doing weird things like that with either description or photos it raises a huge red flag. Let me know, my brother wants to get a mint set for his Can Am. Thanks, Craig

No.. I couldn't locate the seller.

However, board member Scott W. met the seller there, and saw the emblems.

He said that they looked good, but the seller wanted $200 a pair, because they were selling on E-Bay for that much. Mind you that the seller was misleading the E-Bayers in believeing that the emblems were GM..

Default Hate to Do It.

As all of you know my Can Am is in the body shop. Almost ready for paint and stripes. I took the front fender emblems home with me to paint. One side is in bad shape with pitting etc... and even broke in half between sport and coup. Well, I hate to do it but I am going to bid on the replicas on e-bay. This may come across wrong but, I would like to ask the group not to bid against me. I know we all need parts. I hope someday I can help someone else. Thanks, Kbars

I Agree with you, we should not bid against each other on these, the sellers reserve is only ever $75, so if we took turns we could bring the price down to where it should be. I'll be going to Fall Carlisle next week and I'll see what there story will be this time.
Scott
