One option is to use 69/70 full size Pontiac disk brake spindle assemblies. Use the master and proportioning valve for a 69/70 full size disk brake also. It's all bolt on. As of 5 years ago the rotors and calipers were available new.

Disk brakes were fairly common on 69/70 full size Pontiacs. Look for Bonnevilles as almost all of then are disk cars.
